Server Tells Customer They Out Of Ranch Like Officer Informing Housewife Her Husband Died At War

MINNEAPOLIS—Standing before her with a somber expression on her face, local server Amanda Davis reportedly told customer Renee Brodie on Monday that the restaurant was all out of ranch like he was a military officer informing a housewife that her husband had died at war. “Ma’am, I am afraid I have some terrible news to share with you: The ranch you ordered is, unfortunately, gone,” said Davis, who placed a hand on the bereft woman’s shoulder as her lips quivered and she wailed “No, no, no!” and “This can’t be,” protesting that the restaurant had always had ranch in the past. “I understand this may come as a great shock to you, but there is nothing more we can do. I am so, so sorry. The ranch really was a terrific sauce.” According to reports, Davis then solemnly handed Brodie a bottle of ketchup for her chicken fingers as if it were a trifold American flag.
