Men More Likely To Take Paternity Leave If Child Is Male

A recent study on workplace paternity leave programs found that while men are now more likely to take advantage of the time off than they were a decade ago, fathers are 50 percent more likely to take paternity leave for a son than for a daughter. What do you think?
