Study: Teens Sexting Before Engaging In Sexual Activity

A study from the American Academy of Pediatrics found that “sexting,” or the sending of sexually explicit text messages, has become increasingly common among adolescents, with researchers determining that one in four teenagers had sent such messages and that many are doing so prior to actually engaging in sexual activity.
